Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Matoyun tarafından sunulan Prime Wheel oyununu ("Uygulama") kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulama'yı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Lisans
Size, Uygulama'yı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla cihazınıza kurma ve kullanma konusunda sınırlı, devredilemez bir hak veriyoruz. Uygulama'yı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, değiştiremez veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
2. Elmaslar ve sanal ürünler
Elmaslar, temalar ve diğer sanal ürünlerin gerçek para değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve hesaplar arasında aktarılamaz. Elmaslar yalnızca Uygulama içinde kullanılır. Kayıtlar cihazınızda saklandığından Uygulama'yı silmek veya cihazı değiştirmek ilerlemenizi ve elmaslarınızı kaybettirebilir.
3. Satın almalar ve iade
Satın almalar Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır ve ilgili mağazanın ödeme, iptal ve iade kurallarına tabidir. İade talepleri doğrudan ilgili mağazaya iletilir.
4. Reklamlar
Uygulama reklam içerir. İsteğe bağlı ödüllü videolar izleyerek elmas kazanabilirsiniz. "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımı araya giren reklamları kaldırır; ödüllü videolar isteğe bağlı olarak kalır.
5. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulama'yı hile, otomasyon yazılımı, kayıt dosyasını değiştirme veya hizmeti bozma amacıyla kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulama'nın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu madde, yasaların sınırlandırılmasına izin vermediği sorumlulukları etkilemez.
7. Değişiklikler ve fesih
Uygulama'yı ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Koşullara aykırı kullanımda erişiminizi sınırlama hakkımız saklıdır.

Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Prime Wheel game (the "App") provided by Matoyun. By using the App you accept these terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to install and use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App.
2. Diamonds and virtual items
Diamonds, themes and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. They can only be used inside the App. Because your records are stored on your device, uninstalling the App or changing devices may result in loss of your progress and diamonds.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to the relevant store's payment, cancellation and refund rules. Refund requests must be sent to the relevant store.
4. Advertising
The App contains ads. You may earn diamonds by watching optional rewarded videos. The "Remove ads" purchase removes pop-up ads; rewarded videos remain optional.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use cheats, automation software, tamper with save data or disrupt the service.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. This does not affect any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these terms. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.
