Matoyun ("biz"), Prime Wheel oyununu ("Uygulama") sunar. Bu politika, Uygulama'yı kullanırken hangi verilerin işlendiğini açıklar. İletişim: erhanyazici7@outlook.com
1. Cihazınızda saklanan oyun verileri
İlerlemeniz, elmas sayınız, ayarlarınız (ses, titreşim, dil), seçtiğiniz tema, günlük hediye ve ücretsiz elmas bekleme zamanları ile satın alma işlemlerinin tekrar işlenmesini önleyen işlem kimlikleri yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Bu veriler sunucularımıza gönderilmez ve Uygulama silindiğinde silinir.
2. Hesap ve kişisel bilgiler
Uygulama hesap, e-posta, telefon, ad veya konum bilgisi istemez. Şu anda üçüncü taraf analiz veya çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanmıyoruz.
3. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Uygulama, reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. AdMob; reklam kimliğinizi, IP adresinizi (ve buradan türetilen yaklaşık konumu), cihaz ve işletim sistemi bilgilerini ve reklam etkileşimlerini işleyebilir. Ayrıntılar: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve ilgili bölgelerde onayınızı Google'ın onay formuyla isteriz. Tercihinizi Ayarlar → "Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri" bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
- iOS'ta sistemin izleme izni penceresi gösterilir; reddedebilirsiniz. Reddederseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmez.
- Cihaz ayarlarınızdan reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz.
4. Satın almalar
Ödemeler Google Play veya Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Kart veya ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız; mağazadan yalnızca satın alma onayını (ürün ve işlem kimliği) alırız.
5. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamayız.
6. Uluslararası aktarım ve saklama
Reklam verileri Google tarafından dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerinde, Google'ın kendi politikalarına göre işlenir ve saklanır. Cihazınızdaki oyun verilerini siz Uygulama'yı silerek kaldırabilirsiniz.
7. Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz yerin mevzuatına göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR) verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve onayı geri çekme haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Sizinle ilgili veri tutmadığımız için bu talepler çoğunlukla Google'a (reklam verileri) yönelir; yine de her talebinizi erhanyazici7@outlook.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.
Privacy Policy
Matoyun ("we") provides the Prime Wheel game (the "App"). This policy explains what data is processed when you use the App. Contact: erhanyazici7@outlook.com
1. Game data stored on your device
Your progress, diamond balance, settings (sound, vibration, language), selected theme, daily-gift and free-diamond cooldown times, and transaction IDs used to avoid processing a purchase twice are stored only on your device. This data is not sent to our servers and is deleted when you uninstall the App.
2. Accounts and personal information
The App does not ask for an account, email address, phone number, name or location. We currently use no third-party analytics or crash-reporting service.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may process your advertising ID, IP address (and the approximate location derived from it), device and operating-system information, and ad interactions. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions we ask for your consent through Google's consent form. You can change your choice in Settings → "Ad privacy options".
- On iOS the system tracking-permission prompt is shown; you may decline, in which case ads are not personalised.
- You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your device settings.
4. Purchases
Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card or payment details; we only receive the purchase confirmation (product and transaction ID) from the store.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
6. International transfers and retention
Advertising data is processed and retained by Google in various countries under Google's own policies. You can remove the game data on your device by uninstalling the App.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, Turkish KVKK, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no data about you, such requests mostly concern Google (advertising data); you can still send any request to erhanyazici7@outlook.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
